Course Units
To achieve this qualification, you must complete two units. The details of these units are as follows;
- Unit 1: Developing personal skills for leadership
- Understand core aspects of leadership, understand how to demonstrate your leadership skills, and prepare strategically for leading an activity
- Unit 2: Managing your health at work
- Understand the employee’s responsibility in supporting workplace health, recognise the services employers offer to promote well-being, and identify sources of support for maintaining good health at work
