To achieve this qualification, you must complete two units. The details of these units are as follows;

Entry Requirements</h2 >
The following are the entry requirements to enrol in this qualification:
- You must be aged 19 or above.
- You must possess a sufficient level of literacy and numeracy skills.
- You must have access to a minimum of two learners enrolled in accredited courses to assess their competency in the work environment.
Average Completion Timeframe</h2 >
The completion time for this course ranges from one week to 16 weeks, depending on the learner’s prior knowledge, pace and level of commitment.
Practical Requirements</h2 >
Learners must fulfil the practical requirement of Unit 2 to complete this course. This unit requires you to have access to two learners of yours; these learners must be enrolled in a work-based accredited course so you can access their competency in the work environment. This involves designing and conducting assessments within a real-world environment, as simulations are not permitted.
Assessment</h2 >
Assessment for this course is carried out in the form of a portfolio consisting of written assignments and evidence of demonstration of assessment skills. All assignments are assessed internally by our qualified assessors and then externally verified by the Awarding Body. The details of the submission of the portfolio will be provided by the tutor once the learner is enrolled.
