Unit 2: Understanding and using inclusive teaching and learning approaches in education and training
This practical unit will help you to understand how people learn, how many different ways through which people communicate and how you use different teaching methods and resources for different learners to meet their needs.
Unit 3: Understanding assessment in education and training
The third unit explains about assessment and how one can deliver best assessment practice. This unit is ideal for those who are interested in assessing workplace achievements or those who deliver regulated qualifications and awards.
You should meet the following requirements:

• Have a satisfactory level of Literacy and Numeracy skills
• Not have a criminal background which prevents you from becoming a teacher
You must be involved in at least one hour of microteaching. For this purpose, you must deliver at least a 15-minute microteaching session that is observed and assessed. For the other 45 minutes, you can observe the microteaching sessions of fellow participants. If you are currently teaching, you may prefer to use your practice instead of microteaching session to meet the practical requirements.
You will be assessed via three written assignments and the planning and delivery of a microteaching session. The micro-teach can be on any topic.
