Unit 5: Management of Chronic Disease and Health
  • Understand risk factors and chronic disease management to support preventive health through informed lifestyle choices, early detection, and effective health coaching strategies
Unit 6: Foundations of Optimal Nutrition
  • Understand the role of nutrition and food composition in promoting health, preventing disease, and supporting clients in making informed, sustainable dietary changes across life stages
Unit 7: Psychology of nutrition and eating behaviours
  • Explore the psychological, emotional, social, and cultural factors that influence food choices and eating behaviours to support healthier, mindful, and ethical dietary habits
Unit 8: Non-Diet Approach in Health Coaching
